钴基高温合金薄壁套零件的试制工艺分析
A Study on Processing Technology of Thin-walled Cobalt-Based Superalloy Sleeve Parts
【摘要】 钴基高温合金薄壁套零件是航空产品中的典型零件,有良好的机械性能和高温性能保持性,使得这类零件加工中的刀具选择与适用较为困难;为满足工作要求而具有的极薄壁厚,使加工中受力的变形很难控制;严苛的高精度要求使零件加工中极易超差。本文分析钴基高温合金薄壁套零件加工的工艺方案规划、工艺技术参数选择,以及合理的工装设计,并通过成功的试制加以验证,其结论和方法可为类似零件的加工提供参考。
【Abstract】 Thin-walled cobalt-based superalloy sleeves are typical parts of aviation products with good mechanical properties and high-temperature performance retention, making it difficult to select and apply tools during machining. The required super-thin wall thickness makes it difficult to control deformation during processing; the demanding high precision makes the parts easily exceed tolerance range. This paper analyzes the processing scheme, parameter selection in processing technology, and rational design when processing thin-walled cobalt-based superalloy sleeves. The conclusions and methods sorted from successful trial production can provide a reference for the processing of similar parts.
