轮胎自动检测大数据与云计算系统及其应用研究

【摘要】 针对轮胎全生命周期安全性、经济性,本文基于大数据与云计算技术,构建了由数据采集整合、数据储存、数据计算与云计算、数据挖掘分析和应用分析分析等5个功能模块组成的轮胎自动检测大数据与云计算系统,实现海量轮胎信息的采集、整合、存储、计算与预测分析,力求为轮胎设计研发、轮胎制造生产、轮胎运输储存、轮胎安装使用、轮胎维护修理、轮胎回收利用及其他轮胎开发利用等单位提供所有轮胎全生命周期内胎温、轮压、轮胎磨损、轮胎维护、轮胎报废、报废后去向等信息,为轮胎特征信息与监测信息的深度挖掘与融合应用提供了契机。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the safety and economy of the whole life cycle of tires,based on big data and cloud computing technology,this paper constructs a tire automatic detection big data and cloud computing system composed of five functional modules,including data acquisition and integration,data storage,data computing and cloud computing,data mining analysis and application analysis. The system has been used to design and develop tyre,tire installation,tire maintenance,tire recovery and use of tyre development and other units to provide all the tyres of the whole life cycle,wheel pressure,tire wear,tire maintenance,tire maintenance,tire maintenance,tire maintenance,tire failure,and the information of the tire,the tire maintenance,the tire,the end of the car,and the same information,which provides the opportunity for the deep excavation and fusion application of the tyre characteristics information and the monitoring information.
