【摘要】 在"一带一路"的倡议下,中国企业与外国企业的交流合作日益密切,对国际化会计人才培养提出了更高的要求。本研究结合"一带一路"倡议下企业对会计人才提出的新要求,归纳总结了"一带一路"倡议下会计人才培养过程中存在的问题,并从培养模式多元化、教育资源多样化、"国际化"教学环境营造等层面提出了"一带一路"倡议下我国国际化人才培养的路径和策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the initiative of "One Belt And One Road", the communication and cooperation between Chinese enterprises and foreign enterprises are increasingly close, which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of international accounting talents. Combined with the new requirements for accounting talents proposed by enterprises under the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,This paper summarizes the problems in the process of accounting talent training under the "One Belt And One Road" initiative, and puts forward the path and strategy of China’s international talent training under the "One Belt And One Road" initiative from the perspectives of diversified training mode, diversified educational resources and the construction of "international" teaching environment.更多还原
