【摘要】 目的:采用《中医体质分类与判定》标准分析复发性阿弗他口炎(RAS)患者中医体质类型。方法:纳入RAS患者187例,采集其体质信息和临床资料,其中116例患者获得知情同意后采集舌象信息并进行数字化定量分析。结果:RAS患者的体质类型以阳虚质、阴虚质、湿热质为主。不同年龄、病程组RAS患者中的体质类型构成比不同。此外,舌诊中舌质色(RGB色彩模式)可作为客观指标辅助判别平和质、阳虚质、气郁质、阴虚质4种体质。结论:RAS的中医体质类型与患者年龄、疾病病程存在相关性,且舌诊中舌质色可作为客观指标辅助判别中医体质类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the constitution types in recurrent aphthous stomatitis(RAS) patients by applying Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM. Methods: The constituinon and clinical information from 187 RAS patients were collected and analyzed. Furthermore, tongue manifestations and digital characteristics were collected from 116 patients with their consents. Results: Statistical analysis showed that the major Chinese medicine constitution types of RAS patients were yang deficiency, yin deficiency, dampness and heat. The proportions of each Chinese medicine constitution type were significantly different in different age and disease course subgroups. Tongue manifestations and digital characteristics(RGB) aided to determine gentleness type, yang-deficiency type, qi-depression type and yindeficiency type. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine constitution types were in relevance with age and disease course in RAS patients. Meanwhile, tongue manifestations and digital characteristics can assist in the evaluatation of the constitution types.更多还原
