【摘要】 目的:应用运气理论探讨2017年冬季北京流感特点。方法:随机收集316例于中国中医科学院广安门医院和北京中医药大学东方医院2017年冬季门诊就诊的流感样病例,收集其病史、症状、体征、化验检查等项目填写流感患者调查表和气温资料,应用运气理论分析此次流感特点。结果:从运气理论看,2017丁酉年,天气应以燥热为主,2017年终之气特点为少阴君火与太阳寒水加临,寒毒不生,易出现寒包燥火现象;从气温变化看,2017年冬季气温特点为平均气温与2016年接近,但温差升降幅度较2016年明显增大,且空气干燥、没有降雪;从患者症状特点看,此次流感发病迅速,症状相似,首先出现全身酸沉不适,迅速出现高热、恶寒、全身酸痛、头痛、口干口渴、恶心呕吐等,之后出现咳嗽、少痰、尿黄等症状,舌象以舌红苔黄为主。结论:2017年运气变化特点与2017年冬季北京流感特点密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the characteristics of flu in Beijing in the winter of 2017 using the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. Methods: A total of 316 influenza patients in Guanganmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Chinese Medicine and Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in the winter of 2017 were randomly collected. The history, symptoms, signs, and laboratory tests were collected to fill out the influenza patient questionnaire, and the characteristics of the influenza were analyzed using the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. Results: From the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, the weather should be mainly dry and heat in 2017, and it was easy to appear the syndrome of superficies cold and interior heat. From the temperature change, the annual winter temperature in 2017 was characterized by an average temperature close to 2016. However, the temperature difference was significantly larger than that of 2016, and the air was dry and there was no snowfall. According to the patient’s symptoms, the flu was rapid and the symptoms were similar. First appeared discomfort, followed by high fever, aversion to cold, body aches, headache, dry mouth thirst, nausea, and vomiting, etc. Then followed by cough, sputum, yellow urine, and other symptoms. The tongue quality was red, with dry yellow. Conclusion: The five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in 2017 were closely related to the characteristics of flu in Beijing in the winter of 2017.更多还原
