【摘要】 文章从六经、治则治法两个方面探讨了《伤寒论》与《黄帝内经》的关系,两者在理论上是一脉相承的。《伤寒论》六经分证体系受始于《黄帝内经》六经理论,二者六经传变虽不尽相同,但都是以手足十二经为基础。在治则治法方面,张仲景继承并发展了《黄帝内经》中的学术思想,方药具备,文章从扶正祛邪、顾护阳气、保存津液、重视胃气、因势利导等方面讨论了《伤寒论》中治则治法对《黄帝内经》的继承。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the relationship between Shanghan Lun and Huangdi Neijing, which could be traced to the same origin from the two aspects of ’six meridians’ and ’therapeutic principle and method’. The six classics classification system in Shanghan Lun originated from the theory of the six classics in Huangdi Neijing. Although they are not the same, they are all based on the twelve classics of hands and feet. In terms of therapeutic principle and method, ZHANG Zhong-jing inherited and developed the academic ideas and prescriptions in Huangdi Neijing. This paper discussed the inheritance of the principles of treatment in Shanghan Lun from the aspects of strengthening health and dispelling evil, protecting yang qi, preserving body fluid,attaching importance to stomach qi and taking advantage of the situation, and so on.更多还原
