【摘要】 近年来医学学科发展较快,很多理念已较以前有了不同程度的更新,对许多疾病的认识和治疗手段都有了较大变化;随着医学的进步和医院设备、设施的完善,教材再版,对医学生的培养理念也正在逐步转变,客观上迫切要求修改完善既往的教学大纲,以适应新形势下医学教育的要求;我教研室依照第九版外科学教材及执业医师考试大纲,以适当减少理论授课学时、鼓励自学,提高临床实习时间为导向,结合新教学方法,高标准、高质量地对外科学教学大纲进行了重新修订,从中锻炼教师队伍,积累经验,提高思想及业务水平,结合过程性评价,学生已表现出更好的临床理解能力和思维逻辑性,能更好地将病理、病理生理等基础课程与外科学具体疾病联系在一起,给学生更好的角色感。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the fast development of medicine, many ideas have been updated to different degrees, and the understanding of many diseases and treatment methods have changed greatly. With the progress of medicine, the improvement of hospital equipment and the reprint of teaching materials, the training of medical students is gradually changing, which objectively urgently requires the revision and improvement of the previous teaching syllabus to meet the requirements of medical education under the new situation. In accordance with the ninth edition of the Surgery and the outline for medical practicing license, our Teaching and Research Section has revised the teaching syllabus by the appropriate reduction of theoretical lectures with the encouragement of self-study, and appropriate extended clinical practice time, combined with the new teaching method. With the excellent revision of Surgery syllabus, lots of experience has been accumulated, and the ability of teachers of the Teaching and Research Section has been improved. Combining with the process evaluation, students have shown better clinical comprehension ability and thinking logic, and can better associate pathology, pathophysiology and other basic courses with the specific diseases of Surgery, and better show role play.更多还原
