骨性关节炎患者全膝关节置换术后运动干预的效果观察

【摘要】 目的:观察骨性关节炎进行关节置换术后运动干预的效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年1月期间60例骨性关节炎进行关节置换术的患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例患者,观察组患者于术前在同一组康复治疗师指导下进行为期4周的运动处方干预,对照组患者手术前不进行任何干预,对比两组患者术前4周、术前2 d及术后1周3个时期的关节功能HSS评分、barthel指数。结果:在执行4周运动处方后,于术前2 d再次评价HSS评分,观察组患者膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周时,观察组患者膝关节功能HSS评分高于对照组患者评分(P<0.05);两组患者的Barthel评分比较,4周运动处方后,术前2 d观察组患者的评分为(69.67±5.07)分,对照组为(59.17±3.49)分,观察组患者评分高于对照组(t=9.334,P=0.000)。结论:术前进行运动干预能够大大提升患者的膝关节功能,可以改善患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of exercise intervention on osteoarthritis after arthroplasty. Methods: 60 patients with osteoarthritis undergoing joint replacement from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The patients in observation group were given exercise prescription intervention for 4 weeks under the guidance of the same group of rehabilitation therapists before operation. The patients in control group were not given exercise prescription intervention before operation. The HSS score and Barthel index of joint function were compared between the two groups at 4 weeks before operation, 2 days before operation and 1 week after operation. Results: After the exercise prescription was performed for 4 weeks, HSS score was re-evaluated 2 days before the operation. The knee function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). At 1 week after the operation, the HSS score of knee function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Barthel score was compared between the two groups. After 4 weeks of exercise prescription, the score of the patients in the observation group at 2 days before operation was(69.67±5.07), and that of the control group was(59.17±3.49). The score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t=9.334, P=0.000). Conclusion: Preoperative exercise intervention can greatly improve the knee function of patients, improve the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
