【摘要】 目的:分析宫颈癌循环肿瘤细胞的监测与病理分期情况的相关性。方法:检测60例宫颈癌患者和50例正常人外周血中循环肿瘤细胞的表达情况,分析宫颈癌患者中循环肿瘤细胞的表达量与病理分期的相关性。结果:宫颈癌患者的循环肿瘤细胞阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ期-Ⅳ期期宫颈癌患者中循环肿瘤细胞阳性率与病理分期呈正相关。结论:检测循环肿瘤细胞的表达水平,对于宫颈癌的早期诊断、病理分期、评估病情、指导临床治疗具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the correlation between circulating tumor cell monitoring and pathological stages in cervical cancer. Methods: The expression of circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of 60 patients with cervical cancer and 50 normal persons was detected. The correlation between the expression of circulating tumor cells and pathological stages was analyzed. Results: The positive rate of circulating tumor cells in cervical cancer patients was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The positive rate of circulating tumor cells in patients with stage I-IV cervical cancer was positively correlated with the pathological stage. Conclusion: The expression level of circulating tumor cells is of great value for early diagnosis, pathological stages, evaluation of the condition and guidance of clinical treatment of cervical cancer.更多还原
