氢溴酸槟榔碱对肠道需氧菌群作用的研究

【摘要】 目的:探究氢溴酸槟榔碱改善小鼠便秘的过程中,肠道需氧菌群的数量和种类是否发生相应变化。方法:盐酸洛哌丁胺灌胃建立小鼠便秘模型,实验组小鼠按34.8mg/(kg·d)氢溴酸槟榔碱灌胃给药10 d,同时设立对照模型组小鼠用等量生理盐水灌胃10 d。在建模、给药、水前后,无菌采集小鼠粪便,测定菌落总数,并分离鉴定需氧菌。结果:比较实验组和模型组小鼠给药、水前后菌落总数,实验组的明显增大,但差异无统计学意义(t=-1.72,P>0.05)。实验组给药前后粪便中分离到的需氧菌主要是大肠埃希菌,且给药后大肠埃希菌分离数量明显增多。结论:氢溴酸槟榔碱改善小鼠便秘的过程中,肠道需氧菌群的菌落总数有所增大,分离到的大肠埃希菌菌株也明显增多,但差异均不具有统计学意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore whether there are changes in the quantity and the type of intestinal aerobic flora in the process of arecoline hydrobromide in improving constipation. Methods:Gastric perfusion of loperamide hydrochloride was performed to mice to establish constipation models. The experimental group was given arecoline hydrobromide at the dose of 34.8 mg/(kg·d) for 10 days, while the control model group was given the same amount of normal saline for 10 days. Before and after modeling, drug and water administration, mice feces were collected aseptically, the total number of bacterial colonies was determined, and aerobic bacteria were isolated and identified. Results:The total number of colonies in the experimental group before and after drug and water administration was significantly increased, but the difference was not statistically significant(t=-1.72, P>0.05). Escherichia coli was the main aerobic bacteria isolated from feces before and after drug administration in the experimental group, and the number of Escherichia coli isolated increased significantly after drug administration. Conclusion:When arecoline hydrobromate improves constipation in mice, the total number of aerobic bacteria in the intestinal tract increases and the isolated Escherichia coli strains also increase obviously, but the difference is not statistically significant.
