重型颅脑损伤患者血清白介素6、S100B与颅内压变化的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨分析重型颅脑损伤患者血清白介素6、S100B与颅内压变化的相关性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年4月本院重症监护室收治的100例重型颅脑损伤患者,比较入院后24 h内、1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d血清白介素6(IL-6)、S100B与颅内压,并分析其相关性。结果:重型颅脑损伤患者入院24 h至7 d时S100B、IL-6、颅内压均达到最高峰,入院后14 d S100B、IL-6、颅内压呈现逐渐恢复正常,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)入院后24 h内、1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d患者S100B与颅内压均呈现正相关,相关系数r分别为0.354、0.409、0.543、0.312、0.227,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-6与颅内压也呈现正相关,相关系数r分别为0.167、0.216、0.429、0.338、0.296,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重型颅脑损伤患者的血清IL-6、S100B能够反映颅内压变化,对评估脑组织的损伤程度和患者的预后具有重要的临床实践意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum interleukin-6 and S100 B and intracranial pressure in patients with severe craniocerebral injury, and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods:100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were selected. Serum interleukin-6, S100 B and intracranial pressure were compared within 24 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after admission and its relevance was analyzed. Results:The S100 B, IL-6 and intracranial pressure of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury reached the highest peak at 24 h to 7 d. The S100 B, IL-6 and intracranial pressure gradually returned to normal after 14 days of admission, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000). S100 B and intracranial pressure were positively correlated within 24 h, 1 d, 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after admission. The correlation coefficients r were 0.354, 0.409, 0.543, 0.312 and 0.227 respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). IL-6 was also positively correlated with intracranial pressure, and the correlation coefficients r were 0.167, 0.216, 0.429, 0.338 and 0.296 respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Serum IL-6 and S100 B in patients with severe craniocerebral injury can reflect changes in intracranial pressure, which has important clinical practical significance for assessing the degree of brain tissue damage and prognosis of patients.
