汽车线性与非线性悬架系统动特性分析
Dynamic characteristic analysis of vehicle linear and nonlinear suspension system
【摘要】 通过汽车7自由度整车的物理模型和动力学方程,应用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立了汽车7自由度线性和非线性悬架仿真模型,通过线性和非线性悬架对比分析来研究悬架系统的动特性,进而分析汽车的行驶平顺性.结果表明:非线性刚度悬架相对于线性悬架的前轮动荷载降低了15. 6%,后轮动荷载降低了12. 1%,且非线性阻尼悬架相对于线性悬架也有一定的降低;通过频谱可以看出软弹簧的加速度功率谱密度的峰值和汽车的振动能量都要小于线性和硬弹簧,汽车的行驶平顺性明显提高.
【Abstract】 Through the physical model and dynamic equation of a seven degree of freedom vehicle,the simulation models of the seven degree of freedom linear and non-linear suspension of the vehicle were established by using MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the dynamic characteristics of the suspension system were studied by comparing the linear suspension with the non-linear suspension,and then the ride comfort of the vehicle was analyzed.The results show that compared with the linear suspension,the front wheel dynamic load of the nonlinear stiffness suspension was reduced by 15.6%,the rear wheel dynamic load was reduced by 12.1%,and the non-linear damping suspension was also reduced to a certain extent.It can be seen from the spectrum that the peak acceleration power spectral density of the soft spring and the vibration energy of the car are less than those of the linear spring and the hard spring,and the ride comfort of the car is obviously improved.
