嵌套法拉制具有微米级束斑的X射线聚焦锥形单毛细管
Nested method to X-ray focus conical single capillary with micron beam spot
【摘要】 提出并使用嵌套法拉制工艺实现锥形单毛细管微米级内径,从而实现X射线传输的微米级束斑.利用高精度光纤拉丝塔,拉制了锥形单毛细管,出口内径达到7.50μm,入口内径21.44μm.在锥形单毛细管出口2mm处经过刀口扫描得到6.1μm的Cr靶Kα-X射线束斑,束斑发散度为3.9mrad,传输效率为20%,光强增益为15.7.实验验证了嵌套拉制工艺的可行性.
【Abstract】 A nested method is proposed to obtain micrometer inner diameter in a tapered single capillary used for micron beam spot X-ray transmission.Using a high-precision fiber drawing tower,the drawn tapered single capillary had a good geometric shape,the outlet inner diameter was 7.50μm,the inlet inner diameter was 21.44μm.A 6.1μm Cr target Kα-X ray beam spot was obtained by a knife edge scanning at a 2 mm exit of the tapered single capillary.Beam spot divergence was 3.9 mrad,transmission efficiency was 20%,light intensity gain was 15.7.These experiments verified the feasibility of nested drawing process.
