【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the performance of swine fever antibody ELISA test kit by the indirect method developed by our laboratory, one ELISA kit and two imported kits(products of France LSI Company and American IDEXX Company) were used to test 184 clinical samples. The results show that the compliance rate of our initial established test system is up to 83.6% with the kit from LSI Company, the specificity is 100%, and the sensitivity is 80.6%; the compliance rate with the kit from IDEXX Company is 76.7%, the specificity is 62%, and the sensitivity is 93%.更多还原
