Cr12MoV塑料模具钢铣削加工表面三维偏斜度和陡峭度

【摘要】 目的研究加工参数对零件表面偏斜度和陡峭度的影响。方法选择单因素试验方案对Cr12MoV模具钢进行铣削加工,采用三维表面轮廓仪采集不同条件下工件表面的三维形貌,并测量三维表面的偏斜度和陡峭度,分析表面形貌变化的原因。结果随着切削速度的增大,偏斜度值先增大后减小,陡峭度值呈现先减小后增大趋势,在切削速度为197m/min时,偏斜度值为–0.21,陡峭度值为2.62,表面形貌较平坦。随着进给量的增大,偏斜度值从负值逐渐增大到正值,陡峭度值先减小后增大。在进给量为0.25 mm/r时,偏斜度值为正数,陡峭度值达到4.17。随着切削深度的增加,偏斜度值逐渐增大,陡峭度值呈先减少后增加的趋势,但表面形貌变化不大。随着行距的增大,偏斜度值和陡峭度值都是先增大后减小,对表面形貌影响较大,行距较小时,表面轮廓幅度分布更均匀。随着刀具半径的增大,偏斜度值和陡峭度值逐渐增大,在刀具半径为5 mm时,偏斜度值最小为–0.11,陡峭度值最小为1.93,加工表面有较好的光洁度。结论增加使用三维表面偏斜度和陡峭度可以使加工表面的形貌特征描述得更加全面,研究切削参数对加工表面三维偏斜度和陡峭度的影响规律,可为塑料模具铣削加工优化切削参数提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 The paper aims to study the influence of processing parameters on the surface skewness and kurtosis of the parts. The single-factor experiment scheme was used to mill Cr12 MoV die steel. The three-dimensional surface profiler was used to collect the three-dimensional topography of the workpiece surface under different conditions, and the three-dimensional surface skewness and kurtosis were measured to analyze the reasons of surface topography changes. The results showed that with the increase of cutting speed, the skewness value first increased and then decreased; and the kurtosis value first decreased and then increased. When the cutting speed was 197 m/min, the skewness value was-0.21; the kurtosis value was 2.62; and the surface topography was flat. With the increase of feed rate, the skewness value gradually increased from a negative value to a positive value; and the kurtosis value decreased first and then increased. When the feed rate was 0.25 mm/r, the skewness value was positive; and the kurtosis value reached to 4.17. With the increase of cutting depth, the skewness value increased gradually; and the kurtosis value decreased first and then increased; but the surface topography changed little. With the increase of row distances, the skewness value and the kurtosis value both increased first and then decreased, which had a greater influence on the surface topography. When the row distance was small, the surface contour amplitude distribution was more uniform. With the increase of the cutter radius, the skewness value and the kurtosis value increased gradually. When the cutter radius was 5 mm, the minimum skewness value was –0.11; the minimum kurtosis value was 1.93; and the processing surface finish was better. Increasing the use of skewness and kurtosis can make the appearance of the processed surface more comprehensive. Studying the influence of cutting parameters on the three-dimensional skewness and kurtosis of the machined surface can provide a theoretical reference for optimizing the cutting parameters of plastic mold milling.
