【摘要】 目的:观察氟比洛芬酯联合丙泊酚及舒芬太尼在整形美容麻醉中的应用效果。方法:我院拟行择期整形美容手术的60例患者,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,年龄18~50岁,随机分为氟比洛芬酯组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),氟比洛芬酯组预先给予氟比洛芬酯1mg/kg,对照组给予脂肪乳作为安慰剂,两组均采用舒芬太尼和丙泊酚复合静脉麻醉。比较两组患者的手术时间、术后麻醉药用量、术后疼痛评分、镇痛满意度和不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,氟比洛芬酯组术后2h、6h镇痛评分更低,镇痛满意度更高,丙泊酚用量和不良反应发生率更少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯联合丙泊酚及舒芬太尼应用于整形美容手术麻醉,可减少丙泊酚用量,改善术后镇痛效果,降低不良反应发生率,并提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and propofol on anesthesia in aesthetic plastic surgery.Methods:A total of sixty cases of ASA grade fromⅠ to Ⅱ aged18 to 50 years old that scheduled for aesthetic plastic surgery were randomized into the flurbiprofen axetil group(n=30)and the control group(n =30).Patients in the flurbiprofen axetil group were given flurbiprofen axetil at a dose of 1 mg/kg,and patients in the control group were given omegaven as the placebo.Then all cases were subjected with combined intravenous anesthesia with sufentanil and propofol.The outcome indicators,including operation time,postoperative anaesthetic dosage,postoperative pain score,analgesia satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the flurbiprofen axetil group had lower analgesic scores at 2 hand 6 hafter surgery,higher analgesic satisfaction,less propofol dosage and incidence of adverse reactions,with statistically significant differences(All P<0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and propofol in plastic surgery could reduce the propofol dosage,provide good postoperative analgesic effect,decrease adverse reactions,and increase patients satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
