高校同步网络混合教学模式学生参与度研究
University Students’ Participation in Synchronous Web-mixed Teaching Pattern
【摘要】 针对高校课堂学生参与不足的问题,以北京某高校2018年"市场营销学"课程"爱课堂+微信公众号"网络教学平台混合教学模式实践为对象,基于TOE模型、TAM模型及UTAUT2模型,构建同步网络混合式教学模式学生参与度模型,运用课堂问卷调查数据验证模型。得出结论:学习参与度正向影响自我感知收获;感知有用、感知愉悦正向影响学习参与度,且感知愉悦对学习参与度的影响大于感知有用;技术因素中的信息性、便利性、多样性和环境因素中的社会性正向影响感知有用,组织因素中的交互性、交际性和个人因素中的动机、能力、经验正向影响感知愉悦。探讨了人口统计变量对学习参与度的影响,对网络混合教学模式下如何提升高校学生课堂参与度提出相关建议。
【Abstract】 In view of the lack of participation of students in universities’ class and based on the models of TOE,TAM and UTAUT2,a synchronous students ’ participation model under the web-mixed teaching pattern is constructed,by taking "Marketing"course as a research object which adopts "Iclass + WeChat public account"mixed teaching pattern in 2018 from a university in Beijing. The classroom questionnaire data is used to verify the model,and the conclusions are as follows. First,learning participation positively affects self-perceived reward. Second,perceived usefulness,perceived pleasure positively affect learning participation,and the effect of the latter is greater than that of the former. Third,information,convenience,diversity in technical factors and sociality in environmental factors positively affect perceived usefulness; motivation, ability, experience in personal factors and interactivity,communication in organizational factors positively affect perceived pleasure. At last,the influence of demographic variables on learning participation is discussed,and suggestions on how to improve university students’ participation under the web-mixed teaching pattern are put forward.
