【摘要】 2014年以来,医学期刊编辑国际委员会(ICMJE)对《学术研究实施与报告和医学期刊编辑与发表的推荐规范》进行了多次的修订,介绍《ICMJE推荐规范》体系架构,并从淡化期刊影响因子、还原本身内涵,指导作者投稿选刊、甄别伪劣杂志,以数据共享促试验诚信、最大化试验效益,突出人文关怀、强调社会责任,增列科研不端行为、明确作者与编者责任这5个方面对《ICMJE推荐规范》近5年来做的主要修订工作进行梳理和分析,从而为我国医学期刊提供借鉴和指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The revisions of Recommendations for the Conduct,Reporting,Editing,and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals made by International Committee of Medical Journal Editors since 2014 are reviewed in this paper. On the basis of introducing the content ICMJE recommendations, the main revisions are analyzed and summarized as follows: 1) reduce the emphasis on impact factor and provide a range of article and journal metrics relevant to their readers and authors,2) guide authors to avoid predatory or pseudo-journals and choose reputable peerreviewed journals,3) sharing data to increase con? dence and trust and to maximize experimental benefits,4) highlight the humanism and assume social responsibility, and 5) identify scientific misconduct and clarify the responsibilities of authors and editors respectively. By this way, efforts are made to provide valuable references for relevant work of biomedical journal publications in China.更多还原
