【摘要】 高校科技期刊是我国3大科技期刊源之一,具有科技人才培养的优势条件和社会功能,并获得了重要的创新成果。但近年来,许多高校科技期刊没有顺应新媒体发展的需要,突出表现为原本"姓高"的育人功能在弱化。深度探析其致因认为:社会"SCI热"渗透导致高水平论文流失,科技浮躁导致论文质量下降;编辑在学校的地位边缘化导致培养人才的"导演"源动力不足;学术不端行为导致学术失信,"小而散"的封闭运行模式导致与社会媒体的黏合度较低。以问题为导向,追根溯源,才能找准高校科技期刊人才培养改革创新的突破口,才能精准定位人才培养的现实目标,才能补缺人才培养功能弱化的短板,才能实现人才培养功能的创新,践行高校科技期刊可持续发展的新路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 University journals are one of the sources for three major scientific journals in China, with the advantages and social functions of talent cultivation, which has achieved prominent innovative fruits. However, in recent years, many university journals did not comply to the demand of new media development,featured by weak functions of educating people. The deeper exploration uncovered that the reasons are 1) much priority to SCI articles in research evaluation,which leads to the loss of high-level manuscripts foruniversity journals; 2) editors marginalized in schools, which resulted in insufficient motivation for talents cultivation; 3) academic misconduct leads to academic dishonesty;4) small and scattered closed model of operation leads to lower adhesion to social media. We think that finding the root reasons for the problem is the means to capture the breakthrough point of talents innovation in colleges and universities,to precisely locate the realistic goals of talent training,to fill the gap in personnel training,and to innovate the function of talent cultivation,and thus to initiate a new path to the sustainable development of university journals.更多还原
