【摘要】 科技期刊编辑与审稿专家进行有效的沟通,不仅可以提高审稿质量,而且可以有效调动审稿专家的积极性,培养其责任感。针对审稿专家主要参与的评审、复审及编辑部后期的审稿费发放工作,阐述编辑与审稿专家沟通应注意的问题,提出了与审稿专家进行有效沟通的技巧,给出了与审稿专家保持良好关系的4条建议,为科技期刊编辑与审稿专家进行有效沟通提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Communication between sci-tech journal editors and reviewers is important for sci-tech journals to improve review quality,to activate reviewers’ enthusiasm,and to develop a strong sense of responsibility of reviewers. Issues needing attention are proposed for communication between editors and reviewers during review process and review payment. This paper also gives some communication skills for editors,and presents four suggestions for editors to establish a good relationship with reviewers.更多还原
