【摘要】 加快推进体育强国建设,是新时期中国体育事业发展的任务与使命,而体育特色小镇的建设是创新实践中国特色体育发展道路、大力发展体育产业,实现新型城镇化及城乡统筹发展的有效举措。我国体育特色小镇的建设发展还处在初级阶段,体育小镇的规划和建设过程中出现了一系列问题:发展定位不明晰、体育特色不明显、体育产业与其他产业融合较差、体育文化建设比较薄弱、基础设施不够完善、智慧化建设比较落后,发展差异大、体制机制有待完善、人才引进难,培养不到位、缺乏科学可行的通用评估体系等。主要采用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法,对现有在建与筹备建设的体育小镇进行了综合分析与研究,提出了构建完善的发展规划;发挥体育旅游功能的核心要素;健全完整的产业体系;推动可持续发展机制建立的体育特色小镇建设路径,以期为体育特色小镇的健康科学发展提供一些思路与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Speeding up the construction of sports power is a new mission for the China’s sports development in new period. Construction of sports town is an effective measure to practice the development with Chinese characteristics,to vigorously develop the sports industry and to push up urbanization and coordinated development of urban and rural areas. The China’s sports towns development is,however,still in its initial stage with problems to be addressed. These challenges are unclear development guidance,lack of sport features,poor integration of sports industry with other industries,weak sports culture,incomplete infrastructure,shortage of interlligentized construction and imperfect system and mechanism,difficulty in talent introduction,insufficient training,lack of scientifically general evaluation system,etc. In this paper,literature research,field investigation and expert interviews were used to conduct comprehensive analysis of the sports towns which are under construction and preparation. Based on the current situation,this paper proposes development paths of building a sound development plan of sports town construction,playing the core elements of sports tourism function,building a complete industrial system, and promoting the estabichment of sustainable development mechanism. It is dedicated to providing some ideas for the development of sports towns.更多还原
