架空输油管道泄漏危害研究
Research on Leakage Hazards of Overhead Oil Pipelines
【摘要】 当架空管道发生小孔泄漏事故时,由于泄漏产生的油品和蒸发产生的石油蒸气云遇明火会发生燃烧和爆炸,对周边地区造成严重的经济损失和人员伤亡。因此,有必要对泄漏的不同阶段进行研究,确定不同阶段的危险性,得出事故不同阶段应急方案。以Fluent模拟软件为基础建立三维空间架空管道泄漏模型,研究不同孔径和风速对油池和其产生的石油蒸气云的扩散影响,得出油蒸气浓度扩散规律。
【Abstract】 When a small hole leakage accident occurs in an overhead pipeline,oil and vapor generated by the leak will burn and explode as exposed to an open flame,causing serious economic losses and casualties to the surrounding area.Therefore,it is necessary to study the different stages of the leakage,determine the dangers of different stages,and obtain the emergency plan at different stages of the accident.Based on the Fluent simulation software,a 3D space overhead pipeline leakage model was established to study the diffusion effects of oil pools and oil vapor clouds generated by different pore sizes and wind speeds,and the diffusion law of oil vapor concentration was obtained.
