抗CCP抗体、RF与CRP联合检测在类风湿关节炎诊断中的意义

【摘要】 目的探讨血清中抗环胍氨酸肽抗体(A-CCP)、类风湿因子(RF)与C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测在类风湿关节炎(RA)早期诊断中的意义。方法选取2016年10月至2018年5月在我院就诊的RA患者110例(RA组),同时选取其他风湿病患者97例(非RA组),健康体检者95例(健康组)的临床样本为试验材料。采用北京九强试剂定量检测A-CCP、RF及CRP水平,比较3种指标在类风湿关节炎(RA)早期诊断中的价值。结果 RA组A-CCP、RF及CRP的阳性率显著高于非RA组及健康组,三者联合检测的灵敏性和特异性与单独检测时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗CCP抗体、RF和CRP三者联合检测可大大提高早期诊断RA的灵敏度和特异性,对早期诊断RA具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum anti-CCP antibody,RF and CRP in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 110 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)were selected as the case group,and 97 patients with non-RA autoimmune diseases as the case control group,while 95 healthy subjects were selected as the negative control group in the hospital from October,2016 to May,2018.Anti-CCP antibody,RF and CRP were detected by Beijing Strong Biotechnologies,Inc(BSBE)immune turbidimetry assay kit.The results were then analyzed.Results The positive rates of anti-CCP antibody,RF and CPR in the Rheumatoid arthritis group were significantly higher than the non-rheumatoid arthritis group(P<0.05).When comparing anti-CCP antibody,RF and CPR combined detection with anti-CCP,RF or CPR single dection,there was a significant difference in the detection sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion Combined detection of three indexes can significantly improve the specificity and sensitivity of RA diagnosis.
