【摘要】 目的探究卵巢癌患者外周血Treg细胞与机体免疫抑制及肿瘤标志物的关系。方法选择2016年10月至2017年10月卵巢癌患者共58例作为研究组,同期卵巢良性肿瘤患者50例作为对照组,健康者50例作为健康对照组(简称健康组)。比较三组受试者Treg、Th1、Th2、血清CA19-9、CA125、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、IL-12,并分析Treg与卵巢癌患者Th1、Th2、血清CA19-9、CA125、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、IL-12的相关性。结果研究组的Treg、Th2细胞水平显著高于对照组和健康组(P<0.05),Th1显著低于对照组和健康组(P<0.05)。研究组的CA19-9和CA125水平显著高于对照组和健康组(P<0.05)。研究组血清TNF-α、IL-2显著低于对照组和健康组(P<0.05),IL-6和IL-10显著高于对照组和健康组(P<0.05)。卵巢癌患者Treg与CA125、IL-6、IL-10呈现显著正相关关系(P<0.05),卵巢癌患者Treg与TNF-α、IL-12呈现显著负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌Treg与CA125、IL-6、IL-10呈现显著正相关关系,与TNF-α、IL-12呈现显著负相关关系,卵巢癌患者体内存在Th1/Th2平衡向Th2漂移,可能与Treg上调有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood Treg cells and immune suppression and tumor markers in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 58 patients with ovarian cancer from October,2016 to October,2017 were selected as the study group.During the same period,50 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected as the control group and 50 healthy subjects as the healthy control group(abbreviated as the healthy group).Levels of Treg,Thl,Th2,serum CA19-9,CA125,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a,and IL-12 were compared among the three groups of patients,and were analyzed for the relationship between Treg and Thl,Th2,serum CA19-9,CA125,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a,IL-12 in patients with ovarian cancer.Results The levels of Treg and Th2 cells in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the healthy group(P<0.05),also Thl was significantly lower than that in the control group and the healthy group(P<0.05).The CA19-9 and CA125 levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control and healthy groups(P<0.05).The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control and healthy groups(P<0.05),while IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly higher than those in the control and healthy groups(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between Treg and CA125,IL-6 and IL-10 in ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between Treg and TNF-a and IL-12 in ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant positive correlation between Treg and CA125,IL-6 and IL-10 and a significant negative correlation between Treg and TNF-a and IL-12 in ovarian cancer.There is a shift of Thl/Th2 balance towards Th2 in ovarian cancer patients,possibly related to the Treg upregulation.更多还原
