炭/二氧化钛复合光催化膜的制备工艺研究
Preparation of the Carbon/Titanium Dioxide Composite Photocatalysis Membrane
【摘要】 以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,N, N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,冰乙酸为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了稳定的二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶,并将其与聚丙烯腈(PAN)的DMF溶液以一定工艺混合,制备成有机/无机杂化薄膜,探索并优化了薄膜的预氧化和炭化工艺,得到炭/TiO2复合光催化膜,并进一步研究了溶剂、水、载体以及预氧化温度等因素对于成膜工艺的影响。
【Abstract】 The steady carbon/titanium dioxide(TiO2)sol was prepared via the sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate(Ti(OC4H9)4) as precursor, dimethylfomamide(DMF) as solvent, and glacial acetic acid(CH3COOH) as negative catalyst. The polyacrylonitrile(PAN)/TiO2 organic-inorganic film was obtained by mixing the TiO2 sol and PAN solution(with DMF as solvent) together. Also, the preoxidation and carbonization process of the film are studied, and the carbon/TiO2 composite photocatalytic membrane was obtained finally. Meanwhile, the influence of the solvent, water, and temperature on the preparation procedure was discussed.
