【Abstract】 Perfecting the internal quality assurance system is the only way for the full potential development of the popularization stage of higher education. Quality culture is an important foundation of the internal quality assurance system. On the basis of clarifying the cultural connotation, formation path and existence form of quality culture in application-oriented universities, this paper systematically analyses the lag of quality culture construction, which leads to the lack of system coupling, internal driving force and durability in the building, operating and resulting phase of internal quality assurance system. It also outlines the architecture of an internal quality assurance system based on quality culture, and demonstrates the relationship between quality culture and internal quality assurance from the perspective of cultural consciousness, to ensure the effective operation of the internal quality assurance system of application-oriented universities.更多还原
