压力无关型风量控制阀流场特性分析

【摘要】 为满足医院手术室、生化实验室和洁净室等场所对气流进行准确控制需要,提出一种基于机械自力式原理的风量控制阀设计方案,该阀能够自动调节阀门开度,使流经阀的风量维持在预先设定值附近,不受阀门前后压力波动的影响.利用CFD技术对该风量控制阀的流场进行建模和仿真模拟,修正流量系数,完成该阀的优化设计.搭建能模拟压力无关型风量控制阀实际工况的性能测试装置,为进一步完善产品设计提供条件.

【Abstract】 In order to meet the need of accurate airflow control in hospital operating room, biochemical laboratory and clean room, an airflow control valve with a mechanical, pressure-independent regulator was developed. Adjusting the flow area of the regulator automatically, the valve was designed to be able keep the air flow in a pre-established value, being unacted on duct pressure varies. Based on the CFD technology, the flow field of the airflow control valve was modeled and simulated to analyze the influence of the key structural parameters on the flow field characteristics and carry out optimized design of the valve. And a testing device was built for the airflow control valve to verify the performance of the pressure independent valve.
