基于文本挖掘的我国高校继续教育教学资源建设和开放程度分析

【摘要】 教学资源是教育教学工作开展的基础,是继续教育质量保证中必须考虑的重要因素。我国十余年来一直致力于建设先进、高效、实用的教育基础设施,开发优质教育资源,并促进优质资源的普及共享。对继续教育教学资源的建设和开放程度进行调查分析可以揭示当前发展态势,总结发展经验,反思发展问题,从而促进继续教育的质量提升。本文使用文本挖掘技术对1?902所高校2017年的继续教育发展报告中关于教学资源建设及开放的内容进行了判别。研究发现,我国继续教育教学设施和学习资源建设水平较高,但教学资源开放程度两极分化。研究进一步总结了继续教育教学资源当前的建设和开放问题,并结合国外实践经验为继续教育资源配置提出了未来发展建议。

【Abstract】 Teaching resource plays a significant role in teaching and learning.Therefore it is considered as an important factor in quality assurance of university continuing education.Over the past decade,China has been committed to building advanced,effective and practical educational infrastructures,developing high-quality educational resources,and promoting the popularity of both infrastructures and resources.Investigation and analysis on the construction and openness of continuing education teaching resources can reveal its current situation and problems,contributing to the improvement on the quality of continuing education.This paper uses the text mining technology to process the contents about the construction and openness of teaching resources in the annual report of continuing education of 1 902 universities in 2017.According to the analysis,the study found that China’s continuing education has a higher level of construction of teaching facilities and learning resources.Findings also indicate that universities rating different rankings demonstrate different levels of openness across areas.The paper further summarizes the current problems of the construction work of continuing education teaching resources.Some suggestions are then put forward for future development.
