【摘要】 随着"5+3"医学人才培养模式改革的全面实施,以往中医骨伤科学课程教学大纲已不再适合当前的医学人才培养模式,有必要针对院校教育不同培养阶段的培养对象实施分层教育,有机衔接,逐步提升。在成果导向理论下指导高校开展课程教学体系重建,对应用型专业具有指导意义。中医专业是应用型专业,传统师承教育与院校教育相结合能提升中医学子临床辨证诊疗经验及临床思维。本文在政策导向、理论导向、需求导向下探讨中医骨伤科学教学模式改革的构建路径。本研究以临床教育管理为选题方向,基于成果导向理论,以中医骨伤一体化教学体系建设为载体,对中医学"5+3"一体化人才培养学制改革下的中医骨伤教学体系教学目标、教学内容、教学方法与考核方案进行成果导向优化设计及评价。主要研究内容:运用卫生经济学与管理学方法对中医骨伤科学教学模式改革进行教学效果客观评价;对基于成果导向理论的中医骨伤一体化教学体系构建进行整体性评价;通过对石氏伤科流派教学个案分析及临床教学管理运行机制深度剖析,探讨传统中医流派传承与现代高校学科教育深度融合的核心要素,并提出相关教学管理策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the full implementation of the "5+3" medical personnel training mode reform, the traditional teaching syllabus for orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine is no longer suitable for the current medical personnel training mode. It is necessary to implement stratified education, organic cohesion and gradual upgrading for the training objects in the different training stages of college education. Under the guidance of outcome-based learning theory, it is instructive for application-oriented majors to rebuild the teaching system in colleges and universities. The specialty of traditional Chinese medicine is application-oriented. The combination of traditional teacher-inheritance education and modern college education can improve the clinical thinking and experience of TCM students in diagnosis and treatment of clinical syndrome differentiation. Under the guidance of current policy, theory and demand trend, this paper explored the construction path of teaching mode reform of Orthopedics and traumatology in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the outcome-based learning theory and the construction of integrated teaching systems for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of bone injury, this study aimed to optimize and evaluate the teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment schemes of TCM bone injury teaching systems under the reform of "5+3" integrated training system for TCM talents. The main research contents are as follows:To objectively evaluate the teaching effect of the reform for the teaching mode of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine by using the methods of health economics and management; To evaluate the construction of the integrated teaching systems of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine based on the outcomebased theory. Through the case analysis of Shi’s traumatology school and the in-depth analysis of the operation mechanisms of clinical teaching management, this paper explored the core elements of the deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine school inheritance and modern university subject education, and put forward relevant teaching management strategies.更多还原
