【摘要】 [目的]梳理我国代谢综合征健康管理方面的相关研究,揭示该领域的热点主题和发展趋势。[方法]以收录在国内数据库关于代谢综合征健康管理和健康促进研究的学术论文为文献样本,借助书目共现分析系统(Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder, BICOMB)及SPSS软件进行文献信息挖掘,并对高频关键词进行共词聚类和主题战略坐标分析。[结果]共检索到文献116篇,高频关键词17个,国内代谢综合征健康管理研究领域的3大热点为:代谢综合征组分及慢性病干预方式、社区中医治未病及风险评估、流行病学危险因素。[结论]近些年来代谢综合征健康管理研究受到了国内学者和机构多角度的探讨,可结合目前薄弱领域加强进一步研究,以期提高代谢综合征健康管理的整体水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To review the related research on the health management of metabolic syndrome in China, in order to reveal the hotpot theme and trend in this field. [Methods] Literatures were collected in domestic database of academic papers, and the co-word clustering and theme strategic coordinates analysis were carried out by means of literature information mining BICOMB and SPSS software. [Results] A total of 116 literatures and 17 high frequency keywords were searched, and 3 hotpots in the field of health management of metabolic syndrome were summarized as:Metabolic syndrome and chronic diseases intervention; community model, the recognition of TCM constitution and risk assessment; risk factors of epidemiology. [Conclusion]Plenty of researches about the metabolic syndrome health management were carried out by domestic scholars and institutions in recent years. The results of this paper can be combined with the weak areas to strengthen further study, so as to enhance the overall level of health management of metabolic syndrome in China.更多还原
