组织氛围对员工创新行为的影响——隐性知识共享意愿的中介作用

【摘要】 科学技术的不断进步使企业的经济效益日益增长,而员工创新决定企业未来的发展方向,员工创新行为对组织的发展具有重要作用。从组织氛围(友好关系、公平、支持)对员工创新行为的影响这一视角出发,引入隐性知识共享意愿作为中介变量,运用统计软件SPSS22. 0进行分析,结果发现,友好关系、公平氛围对员工创新行为有正向影响,而支持性氛围对员工创新行为没有影响;隐性知识共享意愿在友好关系氛围以及公平氛围中对员工创新行为的影响起部分中介作用。

【Abstract】 The continuous progress of science and technology makes the economic benefits of enterprises increase day by day,and employee innovation determines the future development of enterprises.Employees’ innovative behaviors play important roles in the development of the orga-nization.From the perspective of the influence of organizational atmosphere( friendship,fairness,support) on employees’ innovative behaviors,recessive knowledgesharing willingness is introduced as a mediating variable,and analyzed by using statistical software SPSS22.0.Empirical research found that friendship and fairness atmosphere had a positive impact on employees’ innovative behaviors,while supportive atmosphere had no impact on employees’ innovative behaviors; Recessive knowledgesharing willingness played a part of mediating role in the impact of friendship atmosphere and fairness atmosphere on employees’ innovative behaviors.
