基于多点压力测试系统的发射药膛内燃速测试技术

【摘要】 为了研究发射药在火炮膛内的燃烧性能,建立了基于多点压力同步测试技术的发射药膛内动态燃速测试系统,采用该系统在HPD-30火炮上对单樟-5/7发射药的动态燃烧性能进行了试验研究,将该试验结果与基于微波干涉法测试的膛内燃速进行了对比,分析了膛内燃速方程参数拟合方式对膛内燃速曲线计算精度的影响。结果表明,在50~100MPa的中低压范围内,基于多点压力测试法获得的单樟-5/7发射药的膛内燃速与微波干涉法获得的测试结果偏差最大值为12%,最小值为2%,最大偏差点处对应的膛内燃速差值为0.45cm/s;在100~320MPa的压力区间内,两种测试法获得的发射药膛内燃速偏差最大值为1.7%;平行试验测试结果的对比分析表明,基于多点压力测试的发射药膛内燃速测试方法具有较高的测试精度和稳定性;由于单樟-5/7发射药表面钝感形成内、外层的非均质性,其膛内燃速方程需要采用分段函数表述才能更准确地反映膛内燃烧规律。

【Abstract】 To study the combustion performance of gun propellant in bore, a dynamic burning rate measurement system of gun pro pellant in bo re based on multi-points pressure synchro nous measurement technolo gy was established. The experim ental investigation on the dynamic combustion performance of camphor-5/7 single-base gun propellant were carried out using this system on HPD-30 artillery. The testing results were compared with the burning rate in bore measured by microwave interference method. The effect of dynamic burning rate equation parameters’ fitting method on the calculation precision of burning rate curve in bore was analyzed. The results showthat the maximum and minimum deviations for measurement results of the burning rate of camphor-5/7 single-base gun propellant in bore obtained by the multi-points pressure testing method and the microwave interference method are 12% and 2% respectively in the range of 50-100 M Pa. The difference of burning rate in bore is about 0.45 cm/s at the point of the maximum deviation. In the pressure range of 100-320 M Pa,the maximum deviation of the burning rate of gun propellant in bore obtained by two methods is 1.7%. The comparative analysis of the parallel test results showthat the testing method of burning rate of gun propellant in bore based on the multipoints pressure test has higher precision and stability. Because the surface of camphor-5/7 single-base gun propellant is insensitive to form heterogeneousness of inner and outer layers, the burning rate equation of camphor-5/7 single-base gun propellant needs to be expressed by piecewise function to more accurately reflect the combustion lawin bore.
