高炉热风管道拉紧装置设计

【摘要】 文章分析了包钢7#、8#高炉投产之后热风管系补偿器破损情况及原因,提出了增加热风支管大拉杆的设计方案。拉杆采用4根Φ150 mm实心圆钢分段式安装于热风支管,以延长热风管系中波纹补偿器的使用寿命。

【Abstract】 In the paper,it is analyzed the damages of compensator in warm-air pipe system and their causes since the7#and 8#blast furnaces of Baotou Steel were put into operation as well as proposed the design scheme of incresing the large pull rod of warm-air branch pipe. The pull rod is with four sticks of solid round steel with Φ150 mm and installed to warm-air branch pipe with sectional type in order to prolong the service life of ripple compensator in warm-air pipe system.
