氨基酸硒叶面肥提高苹果果实对轮纹病抗性作用

【摘要】 为探索生长期喷施氨基酸硒叶面肥对苹果果实轮纹病的防治作用,以盛果期"长富2号"苹果为试材,通过田间连续喷施氨基酸硒叶面肥,调查苹果果实轮纹病的发病情况并测定果实相关抗性酶活性,明确氨基酸硒叶面肥对苹果轮纹病的防治作用。结果表明:单独喷施氨基酸硒叶面肥防治效果约20%,但与70%甲基硫菌灵配合使用的联合防治效果可达90%以上,高于单独使用杀菌剂防效,防效提高约15个百分点;同时,施用氨基酸硒叶面肥后,果实内脯氨酸含量(Pro)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性明显升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低。综上所述,氨基酸硒叶面肥虽不能单独用于控制病害的发生和流行,但配合杀菌剂使用时,能明显提高杀菌剂的防治效果;并且氨基酸硒叶面肥可通过提高苹果脯氨酸含量和保护酶活性,同时降低膜脂过氧化产物MDA的积累来提高苹果对果实轮纹病的抗性。

【Abstract】 To assay the control efficiency of amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer to apple ring blight,apple(Malus domestica) ‘Nagafu 2’ was used to investigate the control efficiency of spaying amino acid selenium against apple ring rot.The results showed that the control efficiency was 20% against apple ring rot by spaying amino acid selenium at growing season of apple.However,the control efficiency of amino acid selenium was up to 90% when combined with thiophanate-methyl.This value was increased about 15% than that one of treated with thiophanate-methyl alone.More importantly,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT) as well as proline(Pro) content were significantly enhanced in apple fruits treated with amino acid selenium alone or in combination with thiophanate-methyl.The malondialdehyde(MDA) content was declined at the same time.In conclusion,the spaying amino acid selenium at growing season could enhance the control efficiency of fungicide.Furthermore,the amino acid selenium could increase the activities of defensive enzymes and reduce the accumulation of MDA.
