【Abstract】 As a new financing tool based on Internet finance,agricultural crowdfunding is a new type of financing mode for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,which is helpful to promote structural reform of agricultural supply side and inject new vigor into rural economic development.The traditional mechanism of risk prevention has been unable to adapt to the agricultural crowdfunding in the mode,supervision and other aspects of the changes,in order to make up for the limitations of the traditional agricultural crowdfunding risk prevention,on the basis of analysis of agricultural crowdfunding operation mode,risk sources,the establishment of agricultural crowdfunding risk prevention mechanism,and on this basis reasonable risk prevention measures were put forward,in order to improve the agricultural public to prevent the risk of real-time,intelligent level.更多还原
