布地奈德福莫特罗吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及对肺功能的影响
Efficacy of budesonide formoterol inhalation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its effect on lung function
【摘要】 目的:研究吸入布地奈德福莫特罗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效以及对其肺功能的影响。方法:选择我院在2018年1~12月收治的COPD患者100例,通过随机分组的方式分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组50例。给予对照组基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗外给予布地奈德福莫特罗,2次/d。两组治疗时间都为2周。比较两组治疗后的SGRQ评分以及肺功能情况。结果:经过治疗,对照组SGRQ评分较观察组显著较高(P<0.05),观察组的疗效显著优于对照组。对照组PaCO2显著高于观察组(P<0.05),观察组PaO2显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FVC值和FEV1/FVC值显著小于对照组,对照组的FEV1值低于观察组。观察组肺功能较对照组更佳。结论:吸入布地奈德福莫特罗对COPD的疗效以及对肺功能改善效果较佳,临床使用方便,可接受性好,值得在临床推广。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of inhaled budesonide formoterol in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its effect on pulmonary function. Methods:A total of 100 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given basic treatment,and patients in the observation group were given inhalation of budesonide formoterol powder twice a day in addition to basic treatment. SGRQ score and lung function after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the SGRQ score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. PaCO2 in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P <0.05),and PaO2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). FVC value and FEV1/FVC value in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and FEV1 value in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,with statistically significant differences. Conclusion:Inhaled budesonide formoterol has a better effect on COPD patients and pulmonary function improvement,which is convenient for clinical use and acceptable to patients. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
