人体肩斜度不同测量方法的优化分析
Optimization Analysis of Different Measurement Methods for Human Shoulder Slope
【摘要】 肩斜度是服装结构设计中非常重要的因素之一,其测量精度影响整体服装的穿着效果及合体程度。本文以人体肩斜度的不同测量方法为研究对象,采取手工测量和3D非接触测量两种手段,提出了新的肩斜度计算方法并对其进行比较。手工测量计算时构建了肩部三角形,方法Ⅰ、方法Ⅱ、方法Ⅲ分别表示采用反正弦函数、反正切函数、反余弦函数得到肩斜度的计算方法。经过研究发现,3D非接触测量和手工测量存在一定差异,在实际应用中方法Ⅱ更加适合用来表达人体肩斜度。
【Abstract】 Shoulder slope is a very important factor in the design of garment structure, and its measuring accuracy affects the wearing effect and fit degree of the whole garment. In this paper, different measurement methods of shoulder slope of human body are taken as the research object, and new measurement methods of shoulder slope is proposed and compared with manual measurement and 3 D non-contact measurement. The shoulder triangle is constructed in manual measurement and calculation. Method I, Method II and Method III represent the shoulder slope obtained by using arcsine function, arctangent function and anti-cosine function, respectively. After research, it is found that there are some differences between 3 D non-contact measurement and manual measurement. In practical application, Method II is more suitable for expressing the shoulder slope of human body.
