【摘要】 本文引入价值工程的理论和方法,寻求商业银行发展绿色信贷业务有待改进和优化的突破口,分析其功能与成本,进而进行价值评价,结合访谈分析商业银行应如何提高绿色信贷业务的价值,并对其提升价值的途径从经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益的角度进行综合评价。最后,提出以下建议:规范信贷评估、风险控制等流程;建立健全政府的相关法律法规;其他国内银行需在环境和社会责任中做出更多努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the theory and method of value engineering,seeking a breakthrough for commercial banks to develop green credit business. We first analyze its function and cost and then make a value evaluation. We also analyze the possibility of how commercial banks could improve the value of green credit business. Approaches to enhance the value is comprehensively evaluated from the perspective of economic benefit,social benefit and ecological environmental benefit.
