【Abstract】 Under experimental conditions, the oxygen content in the feeding frame decreased with the growth of silkworms and prolongation of time. There was a strong correlation between the body weight of the 2 nd instar molting silkworms and the oxygen content, and there was no significant difference among the total cocoon weight and ratio of cocoon shell and so on. The resistance of silkworms to BmCPV decreased with the decrease of oxygen content by feeding 1.0×10⁵ PIB·mL^-1,1.0×10⁶ PIB·mL^-1 and 1.0×10⁷ PIB·mL^-1 of BmCPV to silkworms, which indicates that it is significant to maintain the oxygen content of the feeding environment to enhance the health of silkworms.更多还原
