稚蚕期O2含量变化及对家蚕生长发育的影响
Change of the Oxygen Content of Juvenile Silkworm and its Effect on the Growing Development of Silkworm
【摘要】 在实验条件下,饲养框内的O2含量随家蚕的生长和时间的延长而减少,2龄眠蚕体重与O2含量有强相关性,全茧量、茧层量等指标无显著差异;添食1.0×105 PIB·mL-1、1.0×106 PIB·mL-1、1.0×107 PIB·mL-1的BmCPV,随着O2含量的降低,家蚕对BmCPV的抵抗力也随之降低,说明保持饲养环境的O2含量对增强家蚕体质具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Under experimental conditions, the oxygen content in the feeding frame decreased with the growth of silkworms and prolongation of time. There was a strong correlation between the body weight of the 2 nd instar molting silkworms and the oxygen content, and there was no significant difference among the total cocoon weight and ratio of cocoon shell and so on. The resistance of silkworms to BmCPV decreased with the decrease of oxygen content by feeding 1.0×105 PIB·mL-1,1.0×106 PIB·mL-1 and 1.0×107 PIB·mL-1 of BmCPV to silkworms, which indicates that it is significant to maintain the oxygen content of the feeding environment to enhance the health of silkworms.
