线板型静电除尘器电子风的OpenFOAM并行计算
Parallel computing by OpenFOAM for electric wind in wire-plate electrostatic precipitator
【摘要】 采用OpenFOAM开源软件求解连续方程、含电场力的纳维-斯托克斯方程、k-?双方程湍流模型研究了线板型静电除尘器内电子风流动行为。数值计算结果与实测流场吻合。计算区域的分块方法直接影响程序的并行加速比。随着处理器数量的增加,并行计算耗时先减小后增加。当处理器数量为2时会出现超线性加速。随着处理器数量的增加,并行效率逐渐降低。当处理器数量为20时,并行效率仅为50%。
【Abstract】 An open source software OpenFOAM was applied to solve the continuum equation,the NavierStokes equations with electric field force,and the k-? two equation turbulent model,and to study the air flow in a wire-plate electrostatic precipitator. The numerical results s agrees with the experimental data. The decomposition method for computation domain affects the parallel acceleration ratio of the computation. With the increase in the number of the parallel CPUs,the time consumed in parallel computation decreases first,and then increases. Superlinear acceleration occurs when the parallel computation is carried on by two CPUs.The parallel computing efficiency gradually decreases with the increase in the number of CPU. The efficiency is only 50% when the number of CPU is 20.
