【摘要】 目的:探讨质量改进活动对降低癫痫患儿延续性护理失访率的效果。方法:2018年3月-2018年12月某儿童医院神经内科质量改进小组,开展了以降低癫痫患儿延续性护理失访率为课题的质量改进活动,将2018年3月-2018年4月进行延续性护理随访的674例癫痫患儿设为改善前组,2018年8月-2018年9月的705例患儿设为改善后组,通过对延续性护理失访情况进行原因分析,确定要因、制定对策等,比较活动前后癫痫患儿延续性护理失访的情况。结果:活动后,癫痫患儿延续性护理失访率为8.1%,低于活动前的25.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:质量改进活动在降低癫痫患儿延续性护理失访率中取得了良好的效果,提高了医护人员在管理工具使用、统计学应用、解决问题、沟通协调、团队协作等方面的能力,同时也促进了护理质量的持续改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of quality improvement activities on reducing the rate of loss of follow-up care in children with epilepsy.Methods:From March 2018 to December 2018,the Neurology Quality Improvement Team of Anhui Provincial Children’s Hospitalcarried out a quality improvement activity to reduce the rate of continued care loss of children with epilepsy.From March 2018 to April 2018 674 children with epilepsy who underwent continuous follow-up were set as the improvement group.705 patients from August 2018 to September 2018 were set as the improvement group.The causes were analyzed by the reasons for the loss of follow-up care.And formulate countermeasures,etc.,to compare the situation of continuing care loss of children with epilepsy before and after the event.Results:After the activity,the rate of loss of follow-up care in children with epilepsy was 8.1%,which was lower than 25.2% before the event,P<0.01.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Quality improvement activities have achieved good results in reducing the rate of loss of follow-up care in children with epilepsy,improved the ability of medical staff in management tools,statistical applications,problem solving,communication coordination,teamwork,etc.,and promoted continuous improvement in the quality of care.更多还原
