【摘要】 目的:观察益气养阴活血汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病性冠心病的疗效。方法:将60例气阴两虚型糖尿病性冠心病患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。两组患者均用常规硝酸脂类、阿司匹林、β-受体阻滞剂等西药治疗,治疗组患者加服益气养阴活血汤治疗。结果:治疗1个疗程后,治疗组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者在临床症状、心电图、血糖、血脂、血流变化方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病性冠心病有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the recipe of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue on treating diabetic coronary heart disease with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Both groups were given conventional western medicine for treatment, such as Nitrates, Aspirin, B-blocker and so on. Meanwhile, the treatment group was given the recipe of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue. Results:After a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group made greater progress in clinical symptoms, ECG efficacy, blood glucose, blood sugar and blood flow changes(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease with deficiency of both qi and yin, the recipe of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue can gain better clinical efficacy.更多还原
