【摘要】 对安徽工业大学管理科学与工程学科相关专业本科毕业生就业数据分析发现,管理科学与工程学科本科毕业生就业区位选择与国家区域经济发展和城市吸引力紧密相关,就业行业相对集中,绝大部分毕业生都从事与本专业对口的工作,毕业生升学意愿强烈,但受学科特点和考研政策调整影响大。应加强产学研合作,进一步提升本科教学质量,提升毕业生就业能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the employment data of graduates majoring in management science and engineering from Anhui University of Technology, this paper finds that their choice of employment location is closely related to Chinese national and regional economic development and urban attraction. Their employment industry is relatively concentrated and most of graduates are engaged in the work corresponding to their major. Some graduates have a strong desire to enter higher education, but they are greatly influenced by the discipline characteristics and the adjustment of postgraduate entrance examination policy. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen industry-university-institute cooperation, further improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and enhance the employability of graduates.更多还原
