【摘要】 持续提升企业产品研发能力,推动传统生产型产业集群向创新型集群的转型和升级,是经济高质量发展的基本支撑。基于价值网络动态分析方法,对安徽省无为县特种电缆的研究表明,在集群内部创新资源匮乏的条件下,通过构建开放的产业创新生态系统,有效连接、引进和集聚外部创新资源增加技术供给,是提升企业产品研发能力和推动产业升级的基本动力和机制。其中创新型企业和新型研发组织的出现和发展,是传统产业集群开放型产业创新生态系统形成和发展的主导因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the basic support for high-quality economic development to continuously improve the R&D capability of enterprises and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional production-oriented industrial clusters to innovative ones.Based on the dynamic analysis method of value network,the research on special cables in Wuwei County,Anhui Province shows that:Under the condition of lack of internal innovation resources,by connecting,introducing and gathering external innovation resources is the driving force and mechanism of upgrading traditional industrial clusters and innovating ecosystem.The emergence and development of innovative enterprises and new R&D organizations are the leading factors for the formation and development of open industrial innovation ecosystem in traditional industrial clusters.更多还原
