3种蚊母树叶绿素荧光参数的比较研究
Comparative Study on Chlorophyll Fluorescence of Three Distylium Trees
【摘要】 选取安徽省合肥市大蜀山附近的蚊母树、杨梅叶蚊母树和小叶蚊母树作为试验材料,利用美国LI-COR公司生产的LI6400便携式光合仪,测定3种不同的蚊母树在不同季节的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,3种不同蚊母树上无论是有虫瘿还是无虫瘿叶片,其叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm在春、秋季节均稳定在0.75以上,说明寄主植物无论是否受到虫害,其在春、秋季节的光合作用均没有受到生长环境的胁迫影响。对于3种无虫瘿的寄主叶片,虽然在夏季和冬季其光合作用受到生长环境短暂且可逆的胁迫影响,但不会对该类寄主的生长发育造成严重影响。对于蚊母树和杨梅叶蚊母树上有虫瘿的叶片,从夏季的测定值来看,其光合作用会受到生长环境短暂且可逆的胁迫影响;从冬季的测定值来看,杨梅叶蚊母树上有虫瘿的叶片其光合作用受到的胁迫影响短暂且可逆,但蚊母树上有虫瘿的叶片其光合作用受到的胁迫影响不可逆。
【Abstract】 The experiment selects Distylium racemosum,Distylium myricoides and Distylium buxifolium as the test-ed material which are located near Shu Shan of Hefei in Anhui Province.Use the LI6400 portable photosynthetic appa-ratus produced by the American LICOR to measure the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Distylium racemo-sum,Distylium myricoides and Distylium buxifolium in different seasons.The results were as follows.The values ofFv/Fm of three Distylium trees in whole day were higher than 0.75 during the spring and autumn seasons,it showedthat the photosynthesis of three Distylium trees were not affected no matter the trees were affected by insect pest ornot.For the three kinds of leaves without cecidums,although the photosynthesis in summer and winter is affected bythe transient and reversible stress of the environment,it will not seriously affect the growth of these trees.For the Di-stylium myricoides leaves with cecidums,there was transient and reversible stress effect on the photosynthesis insummer and winter.However,for the Distylium racemosum leaves with cecidums,there was transient and reversiblestress effect on the photosynthesis in summer and irreversible stress effect on the photosynthesis in winter.
