物联网科技在复合肥生产上应用的探索与实践

【摘要】 物联网能够应用在复合肥从生产到销售终端整个过程中,生产前期通过测土配方配制出最适合本土的复合肥,后期通过物联网智能监测设备收集农作物生长环境物理参数,以此来检测复合肥质量。对复合肥进行电子编码,方便进行产品溯源,特别在产品出现问题时能够及时找出问题源头;同样也能够使复合肥的仓储和物流环节更加精准。物联网+复合肥不仅提高了复合肥的利用效率、流通效率,而且减小了环境压力以及人力资源浪费,打开了复合肥的发展新格局。

【Abstract】 The IOT technology can be applied to the compound fertilizer industry all the way from production to consumption.In the early stage of production,the most suitable compound fertilizer was prepared by measuring soil.In the later stage,the physical parameters of the growing environment of crops were collected by the intelligent monitoring equipment of the Internet of things to detect the quality of compound fertilizer.Electronic coding of compound fertilizers can facilitate product traceability,especially in the case of product problems,the source of problems can be identified in time;It can also make the storage and logistics of compound fertilizer more accurate.The addition of compound fertilizers by the IOT not only improves the utilization efficiency and circulation efficiency of compound fertilizers,but also reduces environmental pressure and human resource waste,thus opening a new development pattern of compound fertilizers.
