染料敏化太阳能电池碳基复合对电极材料研究进展
Research progress of carbon-based composite as counter electrodes for dye-sensitized solar cells
【摘要】 当前能源供应主体仍为化石能源,由此带来的负面效应日益凸显,因此迫切需要清洁高效、可再生能源以维持可持续发展,太阳能就属于这一类能源.利用太阳能的主要形式为太阳能光伏效应发电.染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)为第3代太阳能电池,因制作简便、成本低廉、光电转换效率高而受重视.作为该电池重要组成部分的对电极的主要功能为:收集来自外电路的电子并催化还原电解液中的碘对离子(I-/I-3).组成对电极的材料种类繁多、功能各异.该文综述碳基复合对电极材料的研究进展,主要包括:(1)碳基金属氧化物复合对电极;(2)碳基金属硫化物复合对电极;(3)碳基硫化物异质结构复合对电极材料.
【Abstract】 As the main source of energy supply is still fossil energy and the negative effects are increasingly prominent, people urgently need clean, efficient and renewable energy to maintain sustainable development. Solar energy belongs to this kind of energy. The main form of utilizing solar energy is photovoltaic power generation. Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) are the third generation of solar cells. They have attracted much attention because of their simple fabrication, low cost and high photoelectric conversion efficiency. As an important part of the battery, the electrodes have the following main functions: collecting electrons from the external circuit and catalyzing the reduction of I-/I-3iodine pairs in the electrolyte. There are many kinds of materials and different functions for the electrodes. In this paper, the research progress of carbon-based composite electrode materials was reviewed, including:(1)carbon-based metal oxide composite electrodes;(2)carbon-based metal sulfide composite electrodes;(3)carbon-based sulfide heterojunction composite electrode.
