不同种植密度对烤烟生长及品质的影响
Effects of Different Planting Densities on Growth and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco
【摘要】 以云烟87为材料,通过田间试验研究云南省昭通市昭阳区不同种植密度对烤烟大田生长发育、经济性状、多酚含量、化学成分以及感官质量的影响。结果表明:封顶后,植株的叶片数、上中下部的叶长叶宽有随密度增加而减小的趋势,叶面积系数则增加。在一定范围内,随密度增加,烤后烟产量、产值、外观质量有增加的趋势。随密度增加,烟碱含量呈降低趋势,氧化钾呈增加趋势;与对照(T3:行株距1.20 m×0.50 m)相比,密度增加和降低均有利于提高总糖、还原糖含量和施木克值、糖碱比,降低总氮、氯离子、蛋白质含量和氮碱比、两糖比。随密度增大,多酚类化合物含量以及感官评价质量总分均表现出先增大后减小趋势,以处理2(T2:行株距1.20 m×0.45 m)和处理4(T4:行株距1.20 m×0.55 m)的多酚类化合物含量增加最明显,以T2、T1的总分较高。综合看,以行株距1.20 m×0.45 m处理的产量、产值最高,分别比对照增加3.83%、9.15%,且化学成分较为协调,多酚总量及感官评价质量多为最优,具有较高的经济效益和利用价值。
【Abstract】 The flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 was used as material to research the effects of different planting densities on the growth and development, economic characters, polyphenol content, chemical components and sensory evaluation by field experiment in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. The results showed that, after capping, the leaf number, length and width in the upper,middle and lower parts decreased with the density increase, while the leaf area index increased. The yield, output value and appearance quality also showed increasing tends within a certain range. The content of nicotine decreased and potassium oxide increased with the density increase. Compared with the control(T3, row spacing and line spacing were 1.20 m and 0.5 m respectively), the increasing and reducing of density were better for increasing the total sugar and reducing sugar contents, Schumuck value and sugar-nicotine ratio,and reducing the total nitrogen, chloridion, protein content, nitrogen-nicotine ratio and ratio of total sugar and reducing sugar. With the increase of planting density, most polyphenol compound contents and the total score of sensory evaluation showed trends of decreasing first and then increasing. Among them, the increase of polyphenol compound contents of T2 treatment(row spacing and line spacing were 1.20 m and 0.45 m respectively) and T4(row spacing and line spacing were 1.20 m and 0.55 m respectively)were more obvious, and the total score of T2 and T1 were higher. In general, the yield and production value of T2 treatment was the highest, which increased by 3.83% and 9.15% respectively compared with the control, and the chemical components were more coordinated, and polyphenol content and the quality of sensory evaluation were better, so it had higher economic benefit and utility value.
