山东省水稻恶苗病病原菌形态学的鉴定与研究
Morphological Identification and Research on Pathogens of Rice Bakanae Disease in Shandong Province
【摘要】 本研究对山东省水稻恶苗病病原菌藤黑镰孢菌(Fusarium fujikuroi)、禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum)、接骨木镰孢菌(Fusarium sambucinum)、木贼镰孢菌(Fusarium equiseti)、砖红镰孢菌(Fusarium lateritium)共5个镰孢菌种进行形态学鉴定与分析,为进一步研究山东省水稻恶苗病病原菌对常用药剂的抗性及抗病水稻种质资源筛选提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper, five Fusarium species, Fusarium fujikuroi, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium sambucinum, Fusarium equiset and Fusarium lateritium were identified and studied in morphology. It could provide a theoretical basis for further research on resistance of pathogens to common bactericide and screening of resistant rice germplasm resources of rice bakanae disease in Shandong Province.
