北方大花生品种主要农艺性状的相关性分析

【摘要】 本研究对参加国家区试及山东省花生产业技术体系多点试验(济宁实验站)的59个大花生品种的主要农艺性状进行调查,并应用DPS软件对性状间的相关性进行分析。结果表明,主茎高、侧枝长、总分枝数、结果枝数、单株饱果数、单株秕果数、单株结果数、百果重、百仁重、单株生产力都有较大的变异系数。主茎高与侧枝长,单株结果数与结果枝数、单株饱果数、单株秕果数,百果重与百仁重,出米率与百仁重,单株生产力与百果重、百仁重之间,均呈极显著正相关;百果重与主茎高、侧枝长、总分枝数呈极显著负相关。基于聚类分析结果将59个品种分成3大类6个亚类,各类群性状特色突出。本研究结果对于花生高产育种和田间管理具有重要的理论意义和指导作用。

【Abstract】 In this study,the main agronomic traits of 59 large peanut varieties participating in the national regional test and Shandong peanut industry technology system multipoint test(Jining experimental station) were investigated, and the correlation between the traits was analyzed using DPS software. The results showed that the main stem height, lateral branch length, total branch number, fruiting branch number, full pod number per plant, blighted pod number per plant, hundered-pod weight, hundred-kernel weight and productivity per plant had larger coefficients of variation. The main stem height with lateral branch length, the pod number per plant with fruiting branch number, full pod number per plant and blighted pod number per plant, the hundred-pod weight with hundred-kernel weight, the kernel ratio with hundred-kernel weight, and the productivity per plant with hundred-pod weight, hundred-kernel weight were significantly positively correlated. The hundred-pod weight was negatively correlated with the main stem height, lateral branch length and the total branch number. Based on cluster analysis, the 59 cultivars were divided into 3 groups and 6 subgroups, and the characteristics of each group was prominent. This study would have important theoretical significance and guiding roles for peanut high-yield breeding and field management.
